How long does the shipping take?

We will do our best to ensure that you receive your order in time, and each order will have a corresponding tracking number. Your order is shipped separately, including your goods and batteries. If you do not receive the package in time, please feel free to contact our customer service.

Our system automatically calculates the shipping fee based on your delivery address, the weight of the cargo, and the selected delivery timeframe.

Please note that expedited shipping services are currently unavailable. However, we are committed to processing your order as promptly as possible.

Barring public holidays, your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of submission.

How do I return/exchange something?​

Contact our customer service to let us know the reason and the items you would like to return back, instructions will be provided as soon as we get your message/email. 

It should be noted here that our goods and batteries have different warehouse addresses. Please check the warehouse address when returning goods and read the return policy carefully.

Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

This may be caused by the email sender, or sometimes the email is simply being marked as spam and goes into the junk mail. It will normally take us 1-5 business days to prepare orders for shipping. If you have not received an email about shipping 7 days after the purchase, please contact our Customer Service. 

Can I have a full refund of the return?​

We will provide a full refund according to the terms of our return policy. In general, we try to be as flexible as possible on refunds, however, please note that we are only responsible for the returning costs initiated by quality issues/receiving wrong items.

You can clearly understand the operation steps and use the product correctly through the product page and the attached text, images and video tutorials in the package.
