The Zygenair YL003 boasts superior safety and maneuverability, featuring sensitive 360° joystick control, an electromagnetic braking system, puncture-proof rubber tires, and a safety belt, ensuring reliable performance on inclines and various surfaces. The powerful 500W motor provides extended range. The 500W motor delivers strong driving performance, easily handling inclines up to 12° and various road conditions. It offers a maximum range of up to 25 kilometers, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

How long does the shipping take?
How long does the shipping take?
We will do our best to ensure that you receive your order in time, and each order will have a corresponding tracking number. Your order is shipped separately, including your goods and batteries. If you do not receive the package in time, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Our system automatically calculates the shipping fee based on your delivery address, the weight of the cargo, and the selected delivery timeframe.
Please note that expedited shipping services are currently unavailable. However, we are committed to processing your order as promptly as possible.
Barring public holidays, your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of submission.
How do I return/exchange something?

It should be noted here that our goods and batteries have different warehouse addresses. Please check the warehouse address when returning goods and read the return policy carefully.
Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?
